Very warm. Cows moved into another 2 splits in NNG (need to rename new paddocks) and located close to corrals for pre-conditioning.

Continued warm with sharply cooler mornings. Natalie made 3 splits in NNG8. I was in Bozeman for a soil workshop.
Cooler mornings but very warm otherwise. Water pressure was not sufficient as a valve was off for 5 days and the cows drained the pit. Despite the adjustments of moving back to the earlier tank, and BJ having to start up the booster pump, it is useful to know that the pit can water cows for 5 days if all the wells are off. We moved cows into SNG8-an unplanned move yet a great pivot for the situation.
Warm temperatures persist. We moved the cows over the hill to the new water tanks in Little Switzerland. Despite all the extra tank storage we may fall short based on what the tank pressure was in the evening. All the lovely green up in late August has basically ‘melted away’. Sharp tails watering daily at the ‘head quarter’s pond.
Clear and unseasonably warm. Flush of Green in late August has pretty much faded with September returning to dry conditions. Cows move to 3rdsplit in NNG.
Clear and warm. Moved cows to 2nd split in NNG. Left some coarse feed we hope to know down later in the winter.
Warming again with extended high pressure system setting in. Cow stayed in first split.
Cool. We moved cows across the road into first split in NNG in the afternoon.
Chilly morning though not freezing, turning warm in the afternoon
Nice cool relaxing day. Cows stayed put. I pushed sick Wacker bull north toward other bulls. Ryan doctored bull 3 days ago. I pulled all the rest of the steel posts around reservoir.
